Our Story

PF+Install+Solutions

Established in 2014, PF Install Solutions has extensive experience working in the commercial sector, providing high quality construction, fencing and concreting services for a range of different enterprises. Our rural background means we understand the need for stockyards and fencing you can rely on.

We started Install Solutions to use our knowledge within the rural and construction sectors to provide new solutions to projects within the livestock industry. Our history and experience with large and small scale projects gives us the foundation required to provide a tier one service to the industry.

Aaron Purse

Aaron Purse, Director

Over the past two decades, Aaron has worked and built strong relationships in the agricultural, construction and infrastructure industries. He started his first business in 2005, spending two years in mining construction at Nhulunbuy in the Northern Territory. Aaron has managed contract fencing projects for over 20 private and company owned cattle properties throughout Queensland and New South Wales. He is passionate about providing clients with high quality project outcomes that are delivered on time and within budget.

Rebecca Purse

Rebecca Purse, Administration Officer

Rebecca grew up on a sheep and cattle property and also rode horses competitively. As a result, she has strong ties to the land and a love of horses. Rebecca has always worked in the Purse family businesses, undertaking the administration and bookkeeping activities. When PF Install Solutions started, Rebecca managed all aspects of administration and accounts for the business. As our team has now grown, Rebecca now works with our office team to ensure we deliver the highest quality service.

Jason Keane

Jason Keane, Senior Sales Manager

Jason has been with PF Install Solutions since 2018, with a broad scope ranging from estimating through to getting each job across the line. In his current role as Senior Sales Manager, Jason is responsible for maintaining client relationships, business development and overseeing the estimating team. Jason has a wealth of experience from over 20 years in the construction industry, progressing to senior leadership positions on large projects. With over 12 years of experience running his own earth moving business, Jason has a comprehensive appreciation of what a client needs and how to deliver it successfully. He has undertaken works for the Department of Defence and Gateway Projects. He worked in the resource sector for over eight years, managing large crews on major infrastructure projects for clients such as Origin Energy.

Sarah Ray, Financial Controller

Sarah Ray is responsible for the overall business management of PF Install Solutions as the company’s Financial Controller. In this role, Sarah runs the accounting operations, reporting, tender writing, compliance, employee administration, apprenticeship management and payroll. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Business and Commerce majoring in Accounting and Business Law. Originally from a rural town, Sarah has a strong affiliation with agriculture through agricultural shows and working with breeders, making her a great fit for the business. Sarah is committed to supporting the ongoing growth of PF Install Solutions achieving the company’s vision.

Dave van Tricht, Operations Manager

Dave van Tricht oversees all projects and project teams as our Operations Manager. A panel beater by trade, Dave brings a wealth of experience to the team. He ran his own industrial coatings business in Toowoomba for many years and is a NACE Coatings Inspector. A man of many skills, Dave also has a Certificate IV in Accounting and owned his own Computer/IT business. Dave’s role as Operations Manager sees him manage all of Install Solutions’ offsite projects, including fly in, fly out jobs. As a member of the PF Install Solutions team, Dave is committed to seeing each project through to completion, on time and within budget, and working to grow the company as a whole.

Joel Talbot, Product Development Coordinator

Joel joined the PF Install Solutions team as the Product Development Coordinator after spending 13 years in the Australian Defence Force as a Fitter Armament. As a maintenance supervisor within the Army, Joel managed a variety of military assets, specialising in armaments with a focus on Computer-Aided Design, 3D Printing and Technical Assessments. After completing a Graduate Certificate in Project Management, coupled with his Diploma of Engineering, Joel left the Army in search of a new career. He initially applied for the Project Coordinator role at Install Solutions, but when Aaron saw Joel’s unique skillset, he offered Joel a new role in Product Development. In this role, Joel is responsible for the drafting, detail design and development of a range of livestock handling equipment.

Fiona Holmes, Administration and Operations

Fiona Holmes is a valued member of our Administration and Operations team. She holds a Diploma in Finance and Management and spent more than 25 years in the banking finance industry before joining Install Solutions in 2022. Fiona is the mother of two adult boys and a proud grandmother. She is a dirt track racing (speedway) devotee and spends most of her weekends at the racetrack with her family. Fiona is committed to supporting the growth of Install Solutions through her excellent finance and administration skills.
